The
23 year old northern California native has been drifting around
laterally for the past 5 or so years acquiring drinking partners,
watching classic cinema, learning life's lessons and writing songs
about it. Although at one point he eagerly awaited every hip hop
release, these days his influences are mostly outside of hip hop.
Since he was a kid, Herald has idolized Woody Allen and owns nearly
all of his movies. Along with Allen, Foster lists Federico Fellini,
Ingmar Bergman, Wes Anderson and Charlie Kaufman as his favorite
screenwriters and directors. La Dolce Vita remains his number
one movie of all time. His musical taste is not limited to any
one genre. He candidly admits he cant go more than a couple days
without listening to Elliott Smith or his moods start to show
the effects. His favorite emcee will forever be Tupac Shakur,
but says he was first inspired to start writing his own lyrics
by the bay area's Living Legends. A huge fan of stand up comedy,
Foster claims to be forming his own religion following the words
of the late great comedian, Bill Hicks. He insists David Cross
to be the best comedian alive. Herald has also stated that eighty
percent of his brain is dedicated to Boxing and MMA.
